Assembly and QA chain demonstration for highly granular silicon calorimeters

Highly granular silicon calorimeters require a semi-industrial production of highly integrated detection elements. The feasibility of this technology has to be first assessed with small-scale demonstrators. The work performed for this milestone is a first step in the realisation of a fullscale demonstrator, with a production of several detection elements that is distributed between three participating CNRS labs.
