Reform for cyclone system in a RFCC unit

The technical reform of cyclone system for RFCC regenerator in Cangzhou Refinery was introduced.With high efficiency PV model cyclone,it's entrance area of first and sceond stage cyclone and rough cyclone was increased up to 30～38 percent.The inlet velocity of the first stage decreased from above 30 m/s to normal range.And the abrasion wear of the equipment and catalyst was greatly reduced and the separation efficiency of the cyclone was remarkably raised.The catalyst consumption decreased from 0.9～11 kg/t to 0 4～06 kg/t.
