Procedures for Optimal Collapsing of Two-way Contingency Table

The paper presents basic ideas of the GUHA style processing: of two-way contingency table. Methods and algorithms of collapsing two-way tables are discussed. Concrete proposals are made and experience with implemented procedures is shortly described.
