PURPOSE: A wrap cutting device of a bale wrapper is provided to minimize the stroke of a cylinder and to maintain the stable fixed state of wrap. CONSTITUTION: A wrap cutting device of a bale wrapper comprises: a supporting part in which bale is settled; a packing wrap for packing the bale; a base frame(110) installed at the supporting part; a first link member(120) in which one end thereof is combined with the first rotation center point of the base frame; a second link member(130) which is formed longer than the first link member; a third link member(140) in which one end thereof is rotationally combined with the other side of the first and second link members; a drive cylinder(160) which rotates the second link member around a second rotation center point; and a cutting unit(170) cutting packing wrap.
