The paper comprises of automated height adjustment mechanism analysis, conceptualization, calculation and implementation. It gives basic idea on implementation of Automated Height Adjustment mechanism on the platform (trolley) along with the help of various Mechatronics devices like Encoder, Decoder, Motor, Relays. Basically, the entire paper is divided into three stages, which are concept, review and development, design and implementations. The main function of the mechanism is to automate the vertical movement of platforms like airplane's ground support equipment, hospital trolley, weight-lifting tables for industries, factories and various applications in medical field. The purpose of the paper is to ease the work done manually and mechanically.
