The High-efficiency Flue Gas and Heat Utilization System Integrated with Flue Gas Bypass Technology

It increases the turbine total power and the unit efficiency to install the flue gas and waste gas utilization system to recover the flue gas and waste heat from the power plant boiler in replacement of the bleed heating condensate water.Learning from the design idea of the high-efficiency flue gas and waste heat utilization system's flue gas bypass of the Germany Niederaussem Power Plant,this article proposes the new power plant boiler waste heat utilization system based on the flue gas bypass for the typical million kW units in China.By system integration,the temperature of the flue gas and waste heat has been greatly increased,so that the energy conservation effects have been improved.The results of case analysis shows that compared with the conventional boiler waste heat utilization system the new system based on the fuel gas bypass can save coal consumption for power supply by 5~6 g/(kW·h)and differentiate utilization efficiency by level.Its economic advantage for energy conservation is obvious.
