Eye protection in the metal working industry

the advice to tailor treatment to the condition being treated is, in my view, best achieved by varying the duration of treatment. This is far more pragmatic as the policy of tailoring the degree of acid suppression to the condition being treated would require accurate endoscopic diagnosis in all cases. Though this is desirable, it would be quite impracticable even when open access endoscopy is readily available.
