S-shaped multiple labyrinth seal device

The invention provides an S-shaped multiple labyrinth seal device, which at least comprises a static ring and a moving ring sleeving a rotary shaft and rotating along with the shaft, wherein the static ring and the moving ring are of a double-layer type structure; the moving ring and the static ring are staggered mutually and connected in a snap joint way; a channel with an S-shaped cross section is jointly formed between the static ring and the moving ring; the channel is provided with three layers along the radial direction, and respectively comprises a lubricating oil channel, an oil isolated channel and a sewage channel from inside to outside; two layers of sealing rings are arranged in each channel; an oil return chute leading to a seal cavity is arranged on the bottom part of the lubricating oil channel along with the axial direction; a dirt discharge groove leading to the outside is arranged on the bottom part of the sewage channel along with the axial direction. The S-shaped multiple labyrinth seal device overcomes the defects in the prior art, can prevent lubricating oil in the seal cavity from leaking, meanwhile, can prevent outside pollutants from entering the seal cavity, and is long in service life and wide in applicability.
