Feedback method of up data and base station

The embodiment of the invention discloses a feedback method of up data and a base station, and relates to the technical field of communion. The method comprises the following steps of: adjusting a spreading factor of a hybrid retransmission acknowledgement E-HICH (indication channel) into a half of an initial value; receiving two data transmission blocks sent by UE (user equipment), wherein the two data transmission blocks are sent by an MIMO (multi-input multi-output) double-flow mode, and are expressed as a first data transmission block and a second data transmission block; according to receiving conditions of the first data transmission block and the second data transmission block, generating a feedback indication of each time slot, generating an HARQ (hybrid automatic request) feedback value based on the feedback indication of each time slot and feeding the HARQ feedback value back to the UE, wherein each time slot comprises a plurality of bits of the feedback indication of the first transmission block and a plurality of bits of the feedback indication of the second transmission block; and arranging the plurality of bits of the feedback indication of the first transmission block and the plurality of bits of the feedback indication of the second transmission block according to a preset sequence. The method is suitable for the base station to feed a data receiving condition back to the user equipment.
