CFD를 이용한 HEV 배터리 패키지 냉각 성능 예측 기법 연구

In this study, CFD simulation methodology development for prediction improvement of battery package cooling performance was conducted. To build the equivalent circuit model describing the electro-chemical phenomenon of battery cell, unit battery cell test was performed. The equivalent circuit model of battery cell acquired from the unit battery cell test data was used in simulation of battery cell to predict the thermal behavior. Lastly, using the equivalent circuit model of battery cell, thermal simulation of 3D battery package assembly was performed to predict the cooling performance.
