A reform of the human resources management practical teaching in the major of business management in Chuzhou University

The case study starts with an analysis of the present situation of the human resources management practical teaching in the major of business management in application-oriented colleges.A corresponding proposal for a reform of the course follows: it is necessary to build a practical teaching system,and a system both for teaching and for teaching evaluation;a constant exploration of case teaching,situated simulation,practice guidance,experimental lessons,social practice and other practical teaching models in and after class,should be conducted.
