Study on noise models algorithms and matrix descriptions for integrated circuits

An efficient noise characteristic analysis to an integrated circuit proves to be foundation of integrated circuit design and fault diagnosis. In this paper, noise models algorithms and matrix descriptions for integrated circuits is presented. The noise models algorithms were derived on the principies of superimposing of power spectral density.According to the principies of superimposing, power spectral density of any multistage integrated circuits may be considered as the superimposing sum of power spectral density of each single stage. Moreover, power spectral density of single integrated circuits may be obtained by the principies of superimposing and the equivalent theory of circuit noise as well. The inverted input operaional amplifiers are taken as an exemplary mode presented in the paper, whereas analysis to other modes of operational amplifier input may be performed with the same ways and pricedures. The program design methodology presented in the paper indicates a scheme for application of the alorithms. The matrix descriptions of the noise model algorithms bring about an easy way to calculate the parameters of systems precisely with algorithms presented in the paper.
