AZ31합금의 냉간 성형에서의 탄성회복량 예측 연구

In recent year, there has been a growth of the manufacture and application of magnesium products. For Magnesium alloys take advantage small specific gravity and relatively high strength, shielding electromagnetic waves. The crystal structure of magnesium is hexagonal close-packed (HCP), so its formability is poor at room temperature. The aims of the present study were performed to enhance the accurate prediction by using U-bending model of mobile case. And applying Hill’s and Barlat’s yield function on finite element analysis compare two a numerical formula of yield function. Also the FE analysis results have been validated through the comparison of experimental results measured directly by Coordinate Measuring Machine.
