The invention also discloses a production method for the vehicle steel plate. By the method, the vehicle steel plate with low yield and high plasticity is successfully produced by adjusting the chemical components and optimizing hot-rolling, cold-rolling and annealing process parameters and leveling process parameters. The vehicle steel plate produced by the method has the characteristics of low yield ratio and high molding performance. The quality problems about wrinkling and cracking caused by stamping, and the like can be greatly solved. The using requirement of clients is better met, and considerable economic benefits can be created.
