The invention discloses movable flexible interior support tooling equipment of a crane large arm barrel and a working method thereof. The equipment comprises a left support plate, a right support plate, a left driving rod, a right driving rod, a power mechanism, a left adjusting rod, a right adjusting rod and a casing, wherein the left support plate and the right support plates are in matching connection with the power mechanism used for providing power through the left driving rod and the right driving rod respectively, the left end of the left adjusting rod is in matching connection with the inner wall on the left side of the casing, the other end of the left adjusting rod is in matching connection with the left driving rod to support the left driving rod, one end of the right adjusting rod is in matching connection with the inner wall on the right side of the casing, and the other end of the right adjusting rod is in matching connection with the right driving rod to support the right driving rod. The equipment is provided with an inner support tooling which can enable unevenness deformation caused by longitudinal weld joint welding to be smaller than 2mm. The inner support distance of the equipment is adjustable, and the equipment has wide adaptability specific to the welding of a longitudinal weld joint of the large arm barrels of different models. The equipment is simple in use method and convenient and simple to operate, and can be moved manually or automatically.
