Design thinking for usability evaluation of cloud platform service-case study on 591 house rental web service

This study proposes a method of evaluating cloud platform service usability by implementing design thinking for integration analysis. Users are interviewed, and grounded theory and focus group persona analysis are used to define the perspectives of user-centered usability evaluation tasks and associated data requirements. Based on the results of this study, a method and a standard operation procedure are proposed for the interdisciplinary integration of qualitative analysis, quantitative analysis, and the scientific data collected from eye-tracking devices and usability testing software for better analysis of cloud platform service usability.
