Cohort profile: the Danish Web-based Pregnancy Planning Study--'Snart-Gravid'.

The Danish Web-based Pregnancy Planning Studywas initiated in 2007 by researchers from AarhusUniversity Hospital, Denmark and Boston University,USA, primarily to evaluate the feasibility of Internet-based recruitment and follow-up of a cohort ofreproductive age women. In this report, we describethe study design and present descriptive data basedon the pilot phase of this ongoing study.Several large-scale cohort studies of reproductive agewomen have been conducted, including the DanishNational Birth Cohort
