Flywheels Assembly and Disassembly System Design of Vehicle Brake Test Rig

For testing the general performance of brakes accurately and effectively,a kind of inertia flywheel is designed to simulate the running inertia of vehicle,and the simulating inertia should be adjusted in a given range and meet the corresponding required precision.According to the national brake testing standard and the performance requirements,the flywheel group and its assembly disassembly system of vehicle brake test rig are researched in this paper,as well as an optimial recomposed method of the flywheel group and its assembly and disassembly system are introduced.This system can simulate the inertia which the testing items required through adjusting the flywheels.After practical application,it's proved that this system can meet the testing standard and make the disassembly and adjustment of the flywheels easily.
