Design of guide and guard for round bar slitting rolling

Based on production and practice,the high precision control of round bar slitting rolling can be realized by reasonable design of the guide and guard.Some design measures as following:(1)to adopt double-row guide roll structure as entry guide;(2)to adopt twisting structure with angle ±0.5° as twisting guide;(3)to adopt cantilever structure as slitting guide,with 95° apical angle of slitting wheel and 0.15～0.30mm adjustable gap.
