One time programmable coding device and method

One time programmable coding unit and a method thereof are provided, in which one time programmable coding repeats several tens of times in response to memory capacity and one time programmable coded data can be read out. The one time programmable coding unit includes a first power source generator(10) for outputting DC voltage of 12V by reducing the pressure of a predetermined input voltage and rectifying the predetermined input voltage, a second power source generator(20) for outputting DC voltage of 5V by reducing the pressure of the DC voltage of 12V of the first power source generator(10), a chip socket(30) for inserting one time programmable for coding, a microprocessor(70) for storing data coding and reading steps in the one time programmable inserted into the chip socket(30) in a form of program and controlling the overall system, an oscillating circuit(60) for driving the microprocessor(70), a switch(40) for supplying DC voltage of 12V of the first power source generator(10) to the chip socket(30) under the control of the microprocessor(70), and an external computer(80) connected with an input/output control terminal of the microprocessor(70), for transferring a control signal to read one time programmable coding data and coded data.
