An algorithm for the optimum time-cost trade-off in three dimensional transportation problem

In this paper, an algorithm is presented to find the optimum time-cost trade-off in a three dimensional two objective transportation problem, where one of the objective functions is the sum of a linear and quadratic fractional functions and the other function is non-linear. In the procedure, the possible time-cost trade-off pairs are determined first and then the optimum transportation plan is arrived by using trade-off ratios. A numerical example is presented in support of the developed algorithm
