A PM2.5 monitoring system for buildings based on Zigbee and Qt technology

To realize the real-time monitoring of PM2.5 in building and solve relevant problems such as lack of cognition and poor monitoring, a new type of PM2.5 monitoring system is designed with Zigbee wireless network, embedded technology and Qt technology. This system adopts the Zigbee wireless network module as the core of communication, Arduino UNO embedded development board as a sensor acquisition port and a Modbus slave, using a PC application designed by Qt to receive and process signals. It fully realizes the real-time visualized monitoring of PM2.5 and intelligent actuator control. With the good scalability of the system, users can flexibly monitor other parameters in the air such as formaldehyde concentration, temperature and humidity.
