반전식 활차 개발·적용을 통한 송전선로 교체공법 개선에 관한 연구

According to increase of quantities which replace overhead transmission line every year, new construction method of replacement power line is needed to save cost and period of maintenance. In case of being obstacles like rail, road and building under distict of work, scaffold facilities must be set up to protect human life and new power line, because power line is drooped down on the ground. Moerover, the great loss of economy and time occur, because setting a scaffold is necessary to negotiate an owner of land. Therefore, we invented reversal pulley block and method for changing transmission line. Also, this method can save cost, time and settling a civil complaint without setting up temporary scaffolds.
