Explicit expressions are obtained for the 2n + 1 primitive idempotents in FG, the semisimple group algebra of the cyclic group G of order pn (p an odd prime, n ≥ 1) over the finite field F of prime power order q, when q has order φ(pn)/2 modulo pn.
