Theory and application of construction simulation for high core rock-fill dam based on real-time monitoring

A theory of construction simulation for high core rock-fill dam based on the real-time monitoring is put forward herein.In accordance with the real-time construction methods and data of the transportation system and the dam filling system monitored by the real-time monitoring system,the parameters and boundary conditions of the simulation model can be renewed to ensure the simulation to be more close to the actual construction and then realize the more precise prediction of the construction progress through the automatic reading of the information from the database of the system.This study achievement has been applied to a hydropower construction project in the Southwest China and a better technical support has been provided for the construction and management in site as well.
