The present invention relates to a moving image regeneration service method and server and, more specifically, to a moving image regeneration service method and server in which, when a user who views a moving image directly inputs the user's opinion on a moving image, the moving image having the opinion inputted thereon is delivered to a designated recipient through a messaging service, and an opinion, which the recipient inputs as a response to the user's opinion through a messaging service, is overlaid on the moving image.
