Channel letter machine and method thereof

A channel letter machine and a method thereof are provided to allow for ease of efficient flange of stock material by using a flange assembly without pre-notching the stock material. A channel letter machine includes a control computer, a transfer unit(102), a flange unit(103), a notching unit(104), and a return unit(105). The control computer receives a predetermined format for a return of a channel letter. The transfer unit is arranged along the advancing direction of stock material, and controlled by the control computer. The flange unit is arranged along the advancing direction so as to form a flange along the edge of the stock material. The notching unit is arranged along the advancing direction so as to notch the flange of the stock material transferred by a transfer mechanism. The return unit is arranged along the advancing direction so as to return the stock material under the control of a computer control system. The flange unit is disposed at the upper stream of the notching unit.
