Dr. Bürki-Cohen specializes in air traffic control and high-speed rail automation, decision aids, and communication. She holds M.A. and Ph.D. degrees in experimental psychology from Northeastern University and degrees in German, English, French and Italian from the Interpreters' School in Zürich, Switzerland. She also has completed the Propaedeuticum of the Medical School at the University of Bern, Switzerland.
