Evaluation d'un système d'information et de connaissance - De l'importance de la prise en compte de la connaissance (C)

An information system (IS) is an organized set of resources including digital ones (softwares, computers, data) and human ones. According to us, humans are not only users of the IS but also components of the system, holding knowledge. We therefore introduce the concept of Entreprise Information and Knowledge System (EIKS) corresponding to a comprehensive vision of the information system. We then discuss the evaluation of such a system. We chose a framework from the literature for evaluating an IS close to our vision of the information system (EIKS) and we extend this framework in order to include a new point of view for the evaluation, the knowledge one. We then propose a model for the evaluation of this point of view. This model aims at measuring the maturity of knowledge perception and management in the IS.
