A Combined Algorithm Routing Protocol Based on Energy for Wireless Sensor Network

As a centralized algorithm, LEACH-C increase the rob ability of signal interference, time delay and network traffic. AS a distributed algorithm, DCHS easily lead to load imbalance. To resolve these problems, this paper propose a new combined algorithm which divide the course of selecting cluster head into two process by using the concept of "wheel" appeared from LEACH algorithm. It uses both centralized algorithm and distributed algorithm to solve the load imbalance and reduce time delay and signal interference Studies show that the combined algorithm solves the problems caused by LEACH-C and DCHS.
