The invention discloses a method and a system for pushing individualized information based on a mobile terminal, wherein the method comprises the following steps: obtaining position information of a user, and determining the position of the user; obtaining position scene information of the user according to the position information of the user, and uploading the position scene information of the user to a behaviour recording table of the user; filtering the behaviour recording table of the user to obtain a filtered behaviour recording table; and obtaining activity information of potential demands of the user according to the filtered behaviour recording table, and pushing the activity information near the position of the user to the mobile terminal of the user according to the activity information of the potential demands of the user. By implementing the embodiment of the invention, individualized information can be pushed only in a place having wifi; therefore, the method and the system are convenient for users to use; and user experience of the users is improved.
