Multiresolutional intelligent controller with unsupervised learning

This paper presents the NIST-RCS architecture of an intelligent controller enhanced with a learning algorithm. A multiresolutional world model evolves as a structure of knowledge representation which allows the creation and execution plans at each level of resolution.
