The specific technical scheme of an accuracy control method for the mechanical arm on the assembly line includes that the machining motion track path of the mechanical arm is determined by a user, the mechanical arm control system decomposes a task according to the motion track path of the mechanical arm inputted by the user, motion control results are outputted according to inputted control parameters, the articulation points of the mechanical arm are driven to correspondingly control motion, the motion control processor drives the motion process of the mechanical arm, the current motion state of the mechanical arm is positioned, a preset motion track is controlled according to motion of the mechanical arm, and the motion control task is fulfilled by the motion control processor. Control efficiency and response speed of the mechanical arm are increased, and control accuracy of the motion process of the mechanical arm is guaranteed.
