HEV의 ECU를 이용한 HILS System 개발에 대한 연구

In this research, The HILS System that is connected with comercial ECUs of HEV has been developed. The ECUs are EMS, used for controlling of engine, HCU, controlling the HEV system, and TCU, used for controlling of transmission. For developing the HILS system in respect of hardware, ECUs should be deceived as connected with real vehicle. So, sensor input/output signals, control signal from other ECUs, and CAN signal used for communication among ECUs were set up like as real vehicle. Since the research has been progressed under lack of signal information, some methods were applied for finding the signals specifications. Simulation model which is operated in real time environment and suitable for the HILS system was developed based on ETAS gasoline model. Since the base model is conventional gasoline vehicle model, hybrid components, battery and motor have been added to base model. And the engine of target HEV is operated by LPG fuel, called LPI System, fuel system for gasoline is changed into LPI System. The engine model and transmission model was redefined because real EMS and TCU is connected and sent or received some signal in HILS System
