Property Analysis and Structure Optimization of Robotic Arm Based on Pro/E and ANSYS

The industrial robotic arm sturcture and properties are studied,3D modeling by Pro/E and performance analysis based on ANSYS,According to the analysis of the results to be utilized to optimize the dimension robotic arm of forearm shift performance which were newly developed.This method efficiently resolves the problem during the product design processing and improve the design robot's design methods.
