Ce papier se veut une contribution a la formulation d'une base theorique pour la comprehension automatique des langues naturelles. L'etude consiste a definir un cadre formel pour une procedure de traduction des representations desambiguisees (les significations des phrases) dans des constructions de logique intensionnelle transparente. Une attention particuliere est accordee a l'articulation topic/focus et aux phenomenes lies tel que l'etendue de la negation et des presuppositions
