Principle and Application of Automatic Crack Inspection for Shaft Straightening

Crack inspection system is an important part of automatic straightening machine for straightening shaft parts.Crack inspection system can complete crack identification inspection in the shaft straightening process.Taking WOLTER crack inspection system for example,the structure,working principle and significance and adjusting range of main parameters of crack inspection system of automatic straightening machine are introduced.The cracks examination method and prevention measures are also suggested.
