Study on Forecast Model System of Air Pollution Accident

GIS is applied to air pollution emergency in urban areas.The figured technology of atmosphere diffusion model is studied.The overall structure designed is introduced.Establishing mathematic models and programming techniques are described.The technology can show the diffusion range of spilled chemicals in air.
