Numerical Simulation and Support of Roadway Intersection

Aim at the problem of complex in stress distribution and hard to support at roadway intersection caused by broken surrounding rocks,we simulated the stress distribution at roadway intersection before and after being reinforced by using the software FLAC3D.After reinforcement,the strength of the re-cemented weak surrounding rocks was enhanced,capable of bearing the overburden load and preventing the stress from transferring to deep area and preventing the plastic area from further enlarging.On the basis of this,we made a reinforcing plan in which both shallow and deep boreholes in broken surrounding rocks at roadway intersection were used for grouting and 3D anchor cables were installed on roof and prestressed truss installed on two sides.In addition,reinforced support parameters were given.
