Universal Platform for Software Defined Radio

In this paper, we propose a novel wireless radio platform suitable for software defined radio. This platform is capable of handling multiple radio standards. The proposed platform consists of a new broadband radio frequency (RF) front-end supported by a reconfigurable digital signal processor (DSP) or field programmable gate array (FPGA) technology.
