System and method for configuring environments of private system using the smart card in the public system

A system and a method for configuring environments of a private system by using a smart card in a public system are provided to supply continuity regardless of a system by reconfiguring a working environment similar to a private system through the insertion into a smart card in any place. A user authentication module(210) authenticates a connected smart card(100), and a system environment and working environment configuring module(220) is connected to a service providing server(300) to receive an installation program or alternative program. The configuration module re-configures the current environment as the recent working environment. A system environment and working environment configuration information recording module(230) records the configuration information for the recent system environment and working environment configuration information.
