상용차 현가부품 장착용 센서 가속내구수명 평가에 관한 연구

A suspension mounting sensor, an axial load sensor, for commercial vehicles is generally used to detect and prevent the overloading of commercial vehicles. Drivers can be aware of the gross weight and the axial load of vehicles in their driver seats. As for the assessment of the sensor durability, RLDA tests have been performed to measure 3-axis accelerations of the mount position at the nearest point from a target sensor. Both the FDS(Fatigue damage spectrum) and operation profile of target PSD from the acceleration data can be used for high frequency vibration tests . The damage levels of the operation profiles have been amplified by the load scaling method considering the ERS(Extreme response spectrum) for reduce test duration.
