The structure of the double cylinder cyclone and within fluid flowing is analyzed. The mathematical model of grade collection efficiency in the first separation region is deduced. Grade collection efficiency in the second separation region is calculated by using the Leith Licht model. The total collection efficiency formula of double cylinder cyclone is given in reference to the result of dust size profile. The pressure drop and separation efficiency of the double cylinder cyclone and B type high effect are measured. The result shows that the experimental value of efficiency agrees with value calculation. The industrial scale up for double cylinder cyclone is carried out. It is shown that the double cylinder cyclone still has the advantages of lower energy cost and higher separation efficiency separation.
