Study on the Quantitative Quality Assessment Method of Fuze Product

Statistical calculation of lower level indexes are achieved by means of defining the contents of evaluated indexes and statistical calculating method according to indexes assement system of manufacture quality in fuze production. The statistical value of lower level indexes is transformed into maximum assessment value by applying maximum and minimum effectiveness function. Subjective weight is defined by level analysis while objective weight by linear main factors, thus synthetic weights of index system are calculated. Based on evaluating targets, this paper uses weighted synthesis to get mathematical model of quantitative assessment so as to carry out synthetic and subtarget assessment. Quantitative quality assessment during fuze production is accomplished through product level and the finding of weak loop.
