Establishing new production factory in foreign country is always complicated business. Especially when two such a different cultures as tchaiwan and Czech meet during this occasion. This project deals with productivity growth dilemma in newly established branch of XY company using implementation of different methods. From visual management, 5S, process modernization, line automatization to use of TOC. Its purpose is approximate production output in Czech factory to Tchaiwanese requirements.
