DO ORGANIZATIONS LEARN? AN EMPIRICAL TEST OF ORGANIZATIONAL LEARNING IN INTERNATIONAL STRATEGIC ALLIANCES.

This research proposes and tests a model of organizational learning in international strategic alliances. The results suggest that a firm's collaborative earning in international strategic alliances. The results suggest that a firm's collaborative experience affects the development of collaborative know-how, and that this know-how is then utilized by the firm to achieve tangible and intangible benefits form latter collaborations.
