The invention discloses a ferroalloy casting machine, which comprises a feeding mechanism, a frame assembly, a transmission mechanism, a casting mould and an electrical apparatus control system, and is characterized in that: the casting mould is a rotary mould which consists of a support, an annular chain, a driving device and a mould positioned on the annular chain; a demoulding end of the frame is provided with an automatic demoulding device which is provided with a demoulding lever; the demoulding lever is supported by a spring and fixed on the frame; when the mould is overturned around a positioning shaft, the mould can collide the demoulding lever so as to demould; the frame assembly is provided with a cooling water tank and a water pump; and the frame positioned under the mould is provided with a spray cooling water pipe under which a header tank with one lower end is arranged, so that cooling water sprayed onto the mould is automatically discharged into the header tank. The ferroalloy casting machine reduces labor intensity of workers, can realize automatic casting, quick cooling and automatic demoulding, can continuously and stably perform production, has high production efficiency and can realize semi-automation production of casting and moulding ferroalloys.
