Monitoring Reliability of Space Cabin-borne Equipment in Development Using Growth Model

The reliability of space cabin borne equipment is constantly growing in its development. In order to monitor and tracking the reliability of the equipment in its whole development process, this paper attempted to apply the technique, which is composed of the Crow model and test data conversion(TDC) method, to dynamically estimate and predict the reliability of the equipment by making full use of various test information in its development. It can provide a foundation for space products development process management. This paper first summarized the Crow model. And the TDC method is discussed. Estimation process of the technique in the reliability analysis and dstimation of a manned space cabin borne electronic equipment in development.
