Development and Validation of an Enzymatic Method for Total Cholesterol Analysis Using Whole Blood Spot

High serum cholesterol represents a risk factor for cardiovascular disease. This study aims to quantify total cholesterol in dried blood spot (DBS) by direct enzymatic method.
