Life history studies of Brazilian ascomycetes 4. Three species of Herpotrichia and their Pyrenochaeta-like anamorphs

Herpotrichia villosa sp. nov. is described; H. schiedermayeriana FBEYER and H. rhodosticta (BERKELEY & BBOOME) SACCABDO are redescribed from Brazilian collections. All three species are proven to have Pyrenochaetalike anamorphs.
